Liked ‘The Sopranos’? As for me, it’s literally my favorite TV show. Well, guess what, there are some original Gs out there — british organized crime group ‘The Firm’ and its members live their lives beyond the law on Jocelyn Bain Hogg‘ black & white photographs. There was an exhibition in Moscow a couple of years ago which I attended, and God I wish everyone could see the prints. Great experience and great tension: (more…)

Boogie is a serbian guy who moved to NY about 10 years ago and started a small site with black & white photos of NY ghetto and street life. Crack addicts, thugs, pimps, hoes, mobsters, real Gs — it’s all there, baby. Very soon his site started to attend 10k visitors/day and Boogie hit popularity. photo-shoot on the moon (in black & white)

Something stuck into my mind that it should look the same on the moon. Well, actually it was the first photo in the series which I called ‘The first contact’ just because it looks so grotesque and surrealistic. The color version has slightly different impact and some sick colors.
